Bill Randall is challenging Brad Miller in the 13th District.

Bill Randall ran for NCGOP party chair but got into the race late, but he left a big impression on a lot of folks. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but he seemed to have been the second favorite of a lot of the grassroots-type folks who were already committed to Chad Adams.
