The Attorney General is a Democrat. However, let us pray he puts a microsope up their "books."

ACORN could have caused the difference in favor of the Democrats in some of those “Battleground States” which would make the election a whole new ball game.

State your case instead of making hit-and-run accusations.

Your dumb question shows how far behind our own side is in knowing the Constitution and laws.

LEGAL immigrants are no different than ILLEGAL immigrants when it comes to voting. For the ignorant antis to repeatedly single out ILLEGALs immediately gives a tacit greenlight to allowing legal non-citizens to vote.

What the antis still fail to realize about reality is that the only difference between a legal and illegal immigrant is a minor misdemeanor equivalent to a parking ticket, often less serious than parking in a handicapped zone.

HR4437 that would have made it a felony failed. End of that story. Period.

The fact is that looking forward to future changes in policy we must look at all immigrants, both legal and illegal.

I suggest we shift the focus from quantity to quality. OUr immigration policy should focus on
- terrorists
- murderers, rapists, dui drivers
- welfare parasites, truly bad people

Yes, that gives a pass to hard working illegals. But with the above 3 criteria, we take the high ground and logical ground both philosophically, historically and to our political advantage.

We put the Dems/liberals in the box of supporting terrorists, murderers, welfare parasites.

Hopefully you'll wave that "non-reply reply" under his nose and demand an answer. Get it in writing if possible.

Remember - he works for you.

Qaulity immigration? That’s the whole point! Illegal immigrants snuck in and don’t pay taxes (and possess other undesirable traits). I invite you to return to DU.

From NBC’s Pete Williams
Former Congressman William Jefferson (D-LA) has been found guilty at his bribery trial of 11 of the 16 counts against him — but not guilty on the other five. He was found NOT GUILTY of the most spectacular charge: planning to bribe an African official with money that was later found in his freezer.

*** UPDATE *** But the jury still found him guilty of conspiring to pay that bribe, so he stands convicted of one of the charges involving the freezer case.
