Yes, we are. Thanks to my senior Senator, Lindsey Graham.
Graham was the sole Republican vote for Sotomier (spelling intentional) to get her out of committee. Without his vote, her nomination would not be before the whole Senate. Therefore, he OWNS EVERY SINGLE VOTE SHE CASTS FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF HER TIME ON THE COURT!
When she votes to take away our gun rights, it's on Lindsey.
