Authorities in the District say a serious crash has closed the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Alabama Avenue Southeast Wednesday afternoon.

This just happened in DC a couple a couple of hours ago. A news crew was nearby - the video of the DC bystanders rescuing the victims of this terrible crash is amazing
