No - That's my story as an artist that has designed logos for people and has a lot of interest in graphic design. Dude - it's right there in my profile. I'm an artist and I own an art gallery. Don't take my word for it - cotact some logo designers on the web and see what they say.

The fact that you ARE an artist is not helping your case. An artist would right away notice the similarities between the two designs... but rather, you tried to simply pass off the similarities due to the caduceus being thousands of years old.

Keep digging. These red herrings are starting to smell.
