You don't understand. These aren't simplistic times. This isn't the same kind of fight.
And don't you dare preach to me, and tell me I live in a cocoon. I put my 23 years of service in, and lost a son who was putting in his- fighting a war that was made hopeless the moment our president and brainless politicians approved the new constitution for the country he was fighting in which included the clause "the koran shall be deemed supreme to anything contained herein which conflicts with it".
This is a propaganda/media war. It should also be a war of idea's, but our side, -the Republican party- doesn't have an alternate plan on how to fix our health care system, while maintaining it's current structure, which is still the cheapest and best in the entire world, and can be for a long time to come.
And we don't have a method of hammering the message, which should also be an election issue to the public because the Communists and their media have full control of virtually all the media 95% of the public watches, which can and does shut out all our attempts to get information to the public, plus LIES, spins, and fabricates whatever they desire.
I'm not saying it's impossible to overcome impossible odds, but it's going to take a lot of people, many of which don't have the time to do what needs doing, because they have to feed their famillies.
Unfortunately, there is no "other side", anymore that cares about the US or the citizens. We are now, "the other side," all of us, even the people who voted for Joker, not all of them know it yet.
Thank you for your service.
People froze at Chosun and were mowed down at Normandy. Troops marched farther and faster than any army in history in the battle of the Bulge. Twelve guys in Afghanistan held off and killed hundreds of Taliban after descending down a mountain—and being awarded for their bravery thereafter.
There was the Medal of Honor guy who stood alone against AQ in Iraq and was only killed after he ran out of bullets.
Hardly simplistic.
