Some folks did good research on this one. Again. Digital photos are hard to fake and withstand serious analysis.

It’s got a header on it indicating it was touched at least once by an image editing program called LEADTOOLS

I had never heard of LeadTools.
Most of my image formatting is done with Gimp. I have come to prefer it to Creative Suite, because of the Adobe software bloat. And all the browser hijackings that it installs. Hate that.
I do my image batch processing with ImageMagick. Wonderful program, very powerful and very fast. Command line.
I have not opened this image to look at the image data. I have the tools but did not bother.
You can easily remove the image data trail from .jpg format images. I use jhead.exe to remove most of that on my images.
The main image file that I maintain is for 37,000 items. That takes a while to batch process, even with command line tools. The original conversion for our website took way into the night to finish.
Woofie - just like you I was all over the original thread Sunday morning 1:30am - 10:00am for me. We both know what the original looked like.
The date on the “red herring” derived from the Bomford Family geneological online site has a date of today/tomorrow (it is Australia, after all!).
There was a reason Orly’s blog was being hacked to death. Now we know why. The people who did this have no decency.
Orly will get the numbers - book & page numbers - verified in London, hopefully. Obama has pissed off a great number of people who would normally be allies, like the British. He shouldn’t expect any support from them. After all, Michelle thumped the Queen on her back, a major faux pas! The Brits love their Queen.
