Some background information.
Glenn Beck exposes a privacy agreement on the "Cash for Clunkers" website that in part reads: "This application provides access to the DoT CARS system. When logged on to the CARS system, your computer is considered a Federal computer system and is the property of the U.S. Government."
Glenn and the Judge both raised the question of arethose who already signed the waiver excluded from its enforcement.

If one’s computer had been seized by Obama’s DOT, what would the signs be? I ran Spybot which turned up nothing after I poked around on that site just out of curiosity.

Like Glenn said it only took one person to change this
One person by the way who does not want his name revealed.

Hoakie, they had on a cyber expert who said there is software out there that can avoid government detection.
My concern is if I was a dealer would I still be obligated to waiver my rights if I agreed to it.
The judge on said only a federal judge can accept a waiver of right.

Your computer would reveal nothing because the government has access (by cooperation) with source codes.
Someone owes Bush & Rumsfeld and opology.

Do freepers know about the
NX bit and 64 bit Windows 7 using these two things to block about 98% of the viral ways you load your computer with nefarious stuff?
Never ever run as an administrator user. Always use a 'standard user' for your browsing.
Of course if you click the "accept" button, you are in trouble.

Makes you feel better about getting screwed. Like changing "government-run healthcare" to "public option". Or "global warming" to "climate change". Obfuscate the meaning and change it to something sounds less menacing. Castor oil? Naw -- that's a legume milkshake!
I'm feeling better already, how about you?
