If one’s computer had been seized by Obama’s DOT, what would the signs be? I ran Spybot which turned up nothing after I poked around on that site just out of curiosity.

Hoakie, they had on a cyber expert who said there is software out there that can avoid government detection.
My concern is if I was a dealer would I still be obligated to waiver my rights if I agreed to it.
The judge on said only a federal judge can accept a waiver of right.

Rootkit and I.P. monitoring comes to mind.

Unless you are a dealer participating in the Cash for Clunkers program you cannot log into the Web site that carried this warning.

Research “Magic Lantern” software. The Anti Virus companies have agreements not to detect this type of product.
