When we ‘post’ a pic on FR, we are not posting hard Jpgs or bmp files, we are posting links to a photo on some website or another. If someone alters that photo but leaves its URL alone, the FR viewer will from then on see the altered version, even in the original post.
So what may have been posted as kf originally, would be seen as EF after that alteration.
