The certificate was split into two halves for the photoshop job. The right section was one layer that was flattened, however they forgot to flatten the sections on the edited left half. Close up on the left section you can see cut and paste triangles of text at 300% magnification.

If you invert and flip horizontal the document you can see how the text overlays the folds.

While going thru the framents.....I noticed that the Deputy Registrar type on the form is over the signature. Anyone else notice that? I'm way tired so it may just be me.....I'll post it anyway.
