Did yours arrive as a .pdf file? Mine did.
But regardless the only thing that really matters is what the original looks like, and in turn what does the registry say in book 44B, page 5733. The only reason for anyone to alter these internet photos is to fuel confusion.

Since you saved the original one, have there been other changes that you notice? Someone mentioned “Christian Names” has that been changed too?
