Which kind of red wine has the most resveratrol? Cabernet Sauvignon? Shiraz? Merlot? Pinot noir? or, G-d forbid, Tunderbird?
...or Riunite Lambrusco?

According to my recent, informal research, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Pinot Noir have the most resveratrol. Pinot Noir was mentioned most frequently. In general, the darker the red the better. It’s the prolonged contact with the grape skins that increase resveratrol content.
