I agree with you. I think the original surpose of the senate came to a crashing end when state’s stopped appointing senators and they started being elected by the sheeples. At that point, they became no different than glorified house representatives.

If we can get 0 out of office, and remove the riffraff in Congress, perhaps we can get the 17th Amendment repealed. As another poster on this thread said, the Senate is now no more than a glorified (in their own minds) House of Representatives.
