NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the
above-named company, hold at the office of Messrs.
Pentland and Roberts, 467 Chan eery-lane, Melbourne, on Mon-
day, the 6th day of November, 1893, the following special resolu-
tions were passed, viz.:
1. That as the above-named company have ceased operations
it is advisable that it be voluntary wound up.
2. That Charles Medcalf, of Victoria Buildings, Swaiiston-
street, Melbourne, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of the
said winding up.
