Pentland and Roberts, 467 Chan eery-lane, Melbourne, on Mon- day, the 6th day of November, 1893, the following special resolu- tions were passed, viz.:— 1. That as the above-named company have ceased operations it is advisable that it be voluntary wound up. 2.
