Interesting that your copy here has a rip in it....the one I have seen doesn’t.
the copy that skr has was done by someone here at FR i order to try and make it more readable.
The rip and edges happened when he took out the background.
This has already been addressed. It was confirmed to be an edit job from another member, and wasn’t meant to be used as an official display of the document. From what I understand, it was run through some filters to try to better make out the lettering. This was settled in the 4,000+ thread from earlier this morning. :) If you want more info, FreepMail me.
