This has already been addressed. It was confirmed to be an edit job from another member, and wasn’t meant to be used as an official display of the document. From what I understand, it was run through some filters to try to better make out the lettering. This was settled in the 4,000+ thread from earlier this morning. :) If you want more info, FreepMail me.

Yes, that member was trying to be helpful. Maybe there is a way to label these things to cut down on the confusion. A note across (or above) the top saying “manipulated image to highlight lettering” or something similar might help.
