I am sorry if this has been posted but look at the 1st link about citizenship and in the second link look at what is says about constitution and independence day.In the third link read the 1st paragraph.4th link a definite gray area after dominion and before its a republic.
The reason I posted this is some people don't think there could be a Republic seal before 12/64 but after looking at these references I think it is possible.

I know my post looks a bit rushed, but if Kenya had an independence day in December 1963 I’m pretty sure they could’ve had a seal by February 1964.
I wish I had said Kenyan references in the title, but I’ve never done this before.

They actually decalred themselves a Republic in December of 1964. The issue would be whether they knew that was coming and created the Republic of Kenya stamps/titles/etc. beforehand.

i don't see even a single piece of evidence in any of the documents you have posted to support the idea that Kenya ever called itself "republic of Kenya" before it became a republic officially in December 1964.
http://www.parliament.go.ke/parliament/downloads/constitution.pdf
You have posted a modern, amended form of the constitution. This is not the 1963 constitution.
Kenya's 1963 constitution does not have the word republic in it.
Kenya was not a republic between december 1963 and december 1964.
See the 1963 constitution at:
http://www.constitutionnet.org/files/KEL63-002.pdf
http://www.appliedlanguage.com/country_guides/kenya_country_government.shtml
This document you cite here admits that Kenya was not a Republic until their constitution was amended in (december) 1964.
"Constitution 12 December 1963, amended as a republic 1964; "
http://en.kenemb.ru/about_common.html\
This link again confirms that Kenya was not a republic until december 1964.
"Kenya is a sovereign state, having achieved independence from British rule on 12th December 1963 and a year later on 12th December 1964 became a fully fledged Republic."
http://www.archive.org/details/kortekaas05
This link also explicitly states that Kenya was not a republic until December 1964, a full year after getting independence in december, 1963.
"The 12th of December, 1963, was the day of the declaration of independence (Uhuru), and just one year later a new country was born: the Republic of Kenya"
There is no evidence in any of the links you provided, nor anywhere else I have seen, that Kenya officially called itself "republic of kenya" anywhere before December 12th 1964. In fact most of your links serve to support the opposite idea, that Kenya definitely did not view itself as a Republic until December 1964. In news accounts, the leader only announced an intention to begin moving the country towards becoming a republic in mid august 1964. That's still 6 months after we see letterhead and stamp with "Republic of Kenya" on it for a documented dated February 17th, 1964. I can't

If this is the goods and not one of a bevy of fakes intended to introduce FUD against the Constitutionalists, it looks like Obama grabbed a tiger by the tail. Radicals don't often plan well what to do once they actually succeed.

I didn’t say it did. There is a time period between the end of the dominion in December 1963 and December 1964 where they were not calling themselves a republic but they were already operating independently of Great Britain. Their 1st independence day was December 1963. If they were already functioning independently in that year then it stands to reason they might already have a seal. However since the birth certificate if fake it doesn’t really matter now.
To: Jeff Head
There should be many people born that year with the same type of BC, one would think. How does this compare?

This may be significant:

“On June 1, 1964, Kenyatta became President when he successfully had Parliament amend the Constitution to make Kenya a republic with his office becoming executive President: the head of State, head of Government, and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.”

The ten-mile coastal strip, or mwambao, which is part of "Coastal Province" today, was seceding and didn't want to be annexed by Zanzibar as the former British rule was handing over power. It became independent on Oct. 17, 1963 via an agreement between Prime Minister of Kenya Messrs Jomo Kenyatta, and the Prime Minister of Zanzibar M. Shamte nearly TWO months earlier than the rest of Kenya declared independence on Dec. 12, 1963. The Muslims in the ten-mile strip, called themselves the "Republic of Kenya" in 1963, before the rest of the country was officially known by the same name on Dec. 12, 1964:
