It is Joe Biden, who from his long Senate background should know about as much as anybody about foreign affairs, who is traveling about the world making gaffe after gaffe, and it is a polished, thoughtful and eloquent Secretary Hillary who is playing wise Midwestern mama (no, not Latina) to Delaware Joe.

I hold her complete contempt , having last read a piece by her in March, in which she described BHO as "infinitely more intelligent" than Bush, and infinitely is the word.
