Yet, our editorial says that “several state officials have confirmed that the information in permanent state records is identical to that on the president’s birth certificate [by which we clearly meant ‘certification’],” and that the “director of Hawaii’s health department and the registrar of records each has personally verified that the information on Obama’s birth certificate [i.e., certification] is identical to that in the state’s records, the so-called vault copy.” (Italics mine.)

3. Columbia thesis paper
4. Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5. Harvard University transcripts
6. Illinois State Senate records
7. Illinois State Senate schedule
8. Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9. Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
10. Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11. Occidental College Transcripts
12. Parent’s marriage Certificate
13. Record of baptism
14. Selective Service registration records
15. Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16. Scholarly articles
17. Access to his grandmother (Obama’s grandmother has since passed away from cancer)
18. List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
19. Punahou grade school records

Good question. But it only asks part of the question. If there was *anything* damaging (forget citizenship qualification angle) to Hussein, why would the Clinton machine fail to get it out? And since the logical assumption is that there must be something distasteful based on the BO machine's efforts to hide it, what deterred the Clintons?

Every darn angle of this business is bizarre. If this was a Dan Brown novel, it would be panned as too far fetched.

My only question is why didn’t Mr. McCarthy get off his butt and compile this fine article back in 07 or 08. All of this is from public record and deductions based on facts available for a very long time. Maybe I am Monday morning quarterbacking but opening the gate(if that is your job to do) after the barn has burned down no matter how well you do it is still at best a tragedy, at worst a dereliction of duty to one’s profession that we rely on. Yes Mr. McCarthy adds drive to a move to answer some important questions but honestly does anyone believe that any “revelations” are going to lead to anything substantial? But who knows what would have happened if this article had hit the blogosphere back in early 08?

I want to see not only his entire Hawaiian Vital Reords file, but his entry application to Occidental, his application for monetary assistance or how his tuition was met at Occidentl, and his passport files fro all the way back to when he was ‘X’ years old and returned from Indonesia by his mother to be raised by his grandparents.

I agree with your articulation of the problem, although I don’t agree with the solution. Other than the bandaid, as you aptly put it, to really heal the disease we need several things to happen:
(I had heard many of these ideas before, but have been going through The 5000 year Leap with my kids this spring and summer and it really brought these ideas home)

1) widespread religious revival (I’m talking on the order of the 1st or 2nd Great Awakening)... followed by:

2) reformation - widespread renewing of the minds of all our citizens through study of scripture and application of Biblical principles to our individual lives. The benefits of liberty in a Republic only work if there is a large enough mass of people with principles, self discipline and wisdom to elect the right kind of leaders.... followed by:

3) Wise, moral and educated citizens who then get active and involved in their civic duty of seeking out wise, moral and educated people who desire to serve their country and then helping them to get elected.

Without all that, as you said, we will just be constantly trying to fight fires and avert one disaster after another, each time coming closer and closer to the edge. Our Founding Fathers warned about this very thing over and over and over, but ever since we drifted away from faith and toward humanism and allowed our children to be brainwashed into socialism, all this was inevitable. Not that we shouldn’t keep trying and doing everything possible, but we also need to figure out long term what we can do. Besides trying to get involved in local politics, I’m personally praying for a revival among the pastors in this country. I think maybe a revival will start through pastors waking up to the seriousness of their responsibility before God and turn away from some of the fluff and start really preaching again.

It was a most joyless BARACK OBAMA that I personally had to confront, during the process of his picking up his personal auto he shipped in from Hawaii to the Mainland in the mid-1990’s ( via http://www.Matson.com )

A most joyless man, who would not even respond to my happy “ALOHA” greeting when put to him, like I do all others. So I had to come up and practically yell a 2nd “ALOHA” right in his ear, before an unhappy grunt and forced “ALOHA” came back at me in return. This from a guy fresh in from the original ALOHA-Land, Hawaii..!!!

We both were standing in a happy and most joyful “ALOHA Spirit” Mainland place. A spirit that I personally built over the years. There was no way I was going to allow his dark side smother us with negativity there.

After this personal encounter with one BARACK OBAMA, I immediately wondered outloud in the office if he would be running for President of the United States someday? And what would happen to America if he WON..?

LOL, but I love throwing this one out from time to time. It has got to be one of the most incorrectly answered religious questions of all time. IE: To whose birth does the immaculate conception refer?
