President George W. Bush meets Freedom Corps Greeter Chris Dudley, center, and Tyler Byrne, 17, at the Portland Air National Guard Base in Portland, Ore., Friday, Aug. 13, 2004. Mr. Dudley started The Dudley Foundation in 1994 to help children succeed regardless of economic, education, or health liabilities.
