The Democrats' proposed national health insurance plan would dictate medications, treatments and mental health services; determine coverages individuals are allowed to have; and operate with real-time access to personal bank accounts according to a new analysis.
And it's worse, a critic said, than China's mandatory one-child policy.
"In the same way that the bill pushes elderly or the sick toward euthanasia, it is a pill that would cause economic suicide," said Mathew Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel. "It's a euthanasia bill for America."
Congress members have admitted they have not read the more-than-1,000-page bill, and Staver's organization is one of the first to go through it and offer an analysis.
In the Liberty Counsel analysis, Staver notes that under Section 163, the government would be allowed to have real-time access to individuals' finances, including direct access to bank accounts for electronic funds transfers.
Under Section 1308, the analysis finds, the government will dictate marriage and family therapy as well as mental health services, including the definitions of those treatments.
Will the elites control life itself? 'The Emerging Brave New World' documents the battle against the sanctity of life ethic
Under Section 1401, a Center for Comparative Effectiveness Research would be set up, creating a bureaucracy through which federal employees could determine whether any treatment is "comparatively effective" for any individual based on the cost, likely success and probably the years left in life.

That’s what it is: DeathCare, The Euthanasia Express, KillGrandma Bill... No matter the name the idea is beyond horrid.
I have an idea, how about only those people who voted for Obama be forced into, and pay for, the public option. Works for me.
I had a nightmare last night in which a baby with down’s syndrome was denied surgery for a cleft palate because he would never be productive.
I just called AARP and told them that their support of legalized Euthanasia via the DeathCare bill was the reason I wanted our membership canceled and I wanted a refund of my subscription. I added that I didn’t want any of their garbage sent to me and recommended that they read the bill and that it would be wise to warn the elderly what it contained. I will be getting my refund check in two weeks.
Pass the word on.
Personally I think ‘’genocide’’ is more accurate.
Social Security and Medicare are broke. With Obamacare, our politicians will have to define down “senior” (maybe age 55?) in order to realize enough “savings.”
I’m 48.
I’m scared too. My kids are really young. I can’t accept the “Painless” death because of religion. I will suffer for a long time and my kids will watch if I have an illness the government won’t treat.
Oh my.
1) Throw under bus.
2) Place on Obamacare Iceberg. Shove iceberg out to sea. Dust off hands.
3) Declare Obamacare a success.
I want ALL of our elected officials to share in the joy of the new healthcare plan. How do we get this going?
That’s good that you contacted AARP and I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think it will do much good. It was reported on FNC a couple of days ago that the reason AARP is in favor of this monstrosity is because zero included them in his tent under the auspices of AARP being an insurance company. (The original AARP purpose was as an insurance company for seniors.)
I didn’t really understand why they support it, since it will disseminate their customer base, but I do know that AARP leadership are dems and this organization supports the death care bill.
Then urge everyone to do just what I did today. I told them to shove my membership up their rears and to give me my money back. I told them they were supporting DeathCare akin to what Hitler did to the Jews and the elderly.
I am now waiting for my $24 back.
You should never have joined that lefty organization to begin with, but I'm glad you did what you did today.
BTW, there is a lesser-known "conservative" rival of the AARP, but I don't have the specifics at hand right now. Perhaps someone can help us out and state the name and basic details for that "conservative" political and lobbying group for retired people.
Wonder how many cancellations and refunds they are giving.
You can’t pretend to represent people and screw people in the process.
