So we are left with the “filed” vs “accepted” form distinction remaining something of a mystery.
I will tell you this much... Hawaii has got a freakin SERIOUS problem.
Based on the fact that Polarik has accused me of posting up a fake, along with MHGinTH, which I have most certainly not done(The assertion that I am capable of creating a forgery, or would even NEED to is insanity itself!), leads me to one conclusion, Hawaii has little control over the certificates it has produced over time, and this calls into question not only my COLB as is displayed by Polarik, but also the COLB of anyone who has ever gotten one.
I have the state sending me a receipt for mine, which is something I didn’t get when my mom sent me this in 2000.
But something tells me that MHGinTN is still going to be going off on his who defend polarik spheel, and polarik himself will again stay silent knowing that he has either made a mistake, or just run up against the simple fact that there is no one standard for a Hawaii COLB. There are differing versions for different order types, with differing versions over differing years... differing verbage on the form...
How many MORE inconsistencies are there going to be?
Who knows!
Does the State of Hawaii even KNOW how many versions of their COLB there have been?
I an beginning to wonder about that for real!
