Last night, Sean Hannity of FOX News briefly touched on the latest revelations about President Obama’s newly appointed “Science Czar” John P. Holdren.

According to a new report from CNSNews.com, Holdren (whose official title is Assistant to the President for Science and Technology) made some troubling statements in his 1973 book Human Ecology: Problems and Solutions. Like a number of Holdren’s books, this one was co-authored by Paul Erlich, and reflects Erlich’s apocalyptic (and now-widely-discredited) “population bomb” theories.

At what point after birth? Or does it depend on the child? Why choose an arbitrary benchmark like birth? Why not a month old, or even a year or two old?

We’re obviously only human between the ages of 18 and 65.

I don’t believe that John P. Holdren will *ever* develop into a human being. He’s one of those Post-Born Nazis.

I hope he continues to watch TV late at night. We certainly don’t want “Science Czar” John P. Holdren procreating. That gene pool needs to die on the vine.

Your post spurred these thoughts,

WHEREAS

our nation is beset with societal ills, among them
greater pollution caused by our consumption of fossil fuels;
increasing medical conditions caused by this pollution

Whereas rising costs of healthcare associated with addressing these conditions are crippling our economy, driving up the cost of healthcare by increasing the demand for same

Whereas among our national health maladies is a high rate of mental health issues accompanied by a high suicide rate

Whereas through new legislation our government is taking a more and more proactive role in the private economic decisions of consumers and businesses, such as
determining what type of vehicle they should purchase
limiting what type of healthcare they are permitted to seek
allowing for innovative economic credits which reward consumers and businesses for the reduced use of fossil fuels while allowing others to purchase these credits in order to consume more than their share of such fuels(“Cap and Trade”)
participating in end-of-life and assisted suicide decisions

AND

Whereas it is recognized that each case of assisted suicide immediately reduces the demand for costly medical and mental health care that would have otherwise been provided the deceased

BE IT RESOLVED
That we seek a new law introducing a marketplace for trading credits earned by private persons who are “capped”after making government-assisted end-of-life decisions. These credits may be sold in a marketplace to others who have undergone such counseling but who, for some reason, wish to not exercise assisted suicide at this time.

Pricing for such credits will be based on actuarial tables.

LEGISLATIVE BENEFITS
:
In addition to greater access to healthcare, there are other anticipated benefits -
Increased tax revenues – 45% of the market value of exchanged credits are payable to the Department of Internal Revenue under a new “Capped” tax. As necessary this amount can be increased.
Improved utilization of natural resources – counseling will include advice pertaining to cremation, reducing the land requirements of cemeteries, particularly those in urban areas, particularly in Oregon.
Increased supply of donor organs
Nutrition/Food Supply – the opportunity will exist for the harvest of valuable dietary nutrients with careful attention paid to quality for the minimization of Crutchfield-Jacobs Disease. This benefit has undergone careful scrutiny in the scientific, peer-reviewed paper “A Modest Proposal: For Preventing the Children of Poor People in Ireland from Being a Burden to Their Parents or Country, and for Making Them Beneficial to the Public” by Jonathan Swift (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Modest_Proposal)
Economic – other unintended consequences of this measure will add to its benefits

LEGISLATIVE CONSIDERATIONS
:
Minimum age – suggested 17 years
Legal resistance from relatives, loved-ones, Christians, etc. - research on precedents needed.
Minimal wait time – recommended 30 days
Vetting by Obama Science Czar John Holdren (to make it look good). It’s a slam dunk considering he has published books and articles advocating forced sterilization and abortion to achieve national de-development
Means – while “Capped” leverages Al Gore’s similar program “Cap and Trade” and is catchy from a marketing perspective, it implies use of a firearm in the termination, other means may be preferred to maximize organ preservation, etc.
