Does anyone know if this applies to family farms or only to farms that sell to the general public.

(This will be the death of the farmer’s market... forget “locally grown” produce.)

Yup. Frankly I am surprised that home gardens are not included.

As an example, laws mandating the tagging of livestock was to be voluntary, and confined to Cows and Poultry....today they demand the tagging of everything.

Obama solution: Communes. As along the lines of the old U.S.S.R. Was a tremendous success. Along with 5 year plans.

There are two ways for this to go...

It is not written into the law, so no.

or

Based on some archaic judicial ruling, if they feel your personal “farming” affects commerce, the law may affect you.

That ruling was over some wheat farmer growing his own stuffs. Ruled one way then ruled another...you get the idea. Of course all our courts now follow precedence, not the real law so much.
