Beck took time out on his nationally syndicated radio show to defend his comments, made in connection with the arrest of black Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. by a white police officer. The Fox Network star told his listeners: 'I said yesterday on Fox News & Friends that the president is a racist; I think he has race issues. 'Don't know if he hates whites but there is something going on with the president'Well, I stand by that - I deem him a racist, really, by his own standard of racism - the standard of the left.'

I can only speak for myself on this one, but the one fiction that seems to persist in many places is that any people or any culture *deserves to exist* — apart from the recognition of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (from that nation and/or culture) as an *integral part* of that same culture and society.
Short of that they *do not deserve to continue*... that would be one fiction... that I can think of...

When I was in high school in the late 60’s, I truly thought that by this time we really would judge people on “the content of their character and not the color of their skin.” What a naive child I was...

will go to “preserve” a depraved and degenerate primitive
tribe of people. We used to “elevate” found primitives.
Now we enable them and even embrace their deviancy.

It’s just very unfortunate (and bad for them in terms of judgment) that people seem to have forgotten and turned away from God now, thinking that all that was done, was by their own hand...
Yeah, you’re right. I’m an American, of course... but I’m actually a Christian first (and by that, I don’t mean the kinds of “rules” that some think you should follow, but by the saving grace of God, through Jesus, the Messiah of Israel and His Death of the Cross, per the Gospel...).
So, I don’t know how on earth I can ever work to support any kind of culture that abandons God, or has false gods, or teaches ways that are against the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. For me to support such a culture would be to promote sending people straight to hell, and why would I want to do that?
No, even if I didn’t *overtly* try to change such a culture like that (and encourage ancient beliefs and so on) — at the very least, I would want that culture to die a swift and quick death, for the benefit of the people who were caught in it...

In the end...people are their own WORST enemy. Seems to fit the bill quite nicely for us here too in 21st century America. Brave New World out there—and the clowns that love it have one huge rude awakening coming to them also.

And I agree. Yet, my sincere hope and first prayer is
that those who have eyes to see and ears to hear, will

Well, believe it or not, that’s difficult for me to say..., because one part of me loves to see different things and different people, but some of those different things are laden with baggage that is a killer (to one’s eternal destiny, anyway...). It has to be said, because that’s the truth of the matter...

The problem is the lack of content that appears in so many.
Where is the content on a professor that has spent a lifetime teaching his racism in College.
Where is the content of a Preacher or preachers who never worked a day in their lives and have gotten rich off the backs of people they convince that the white man is the enemy.
Where is the content of a man who had his wife paid $300,000 dollars a year at a hospital he assured would receive money,
Where is the content of a group called the Congressional Black Caucus who’s only avowed purpose is to assure entitlements to blacks.
No: I believe in judging each man by his content, and I believe that is and will continue to be a problem for a long time.
By the way I judge women the same way and look for co0ntent in a woman who is rich from running Hotels with non-union employees and has the gall to suck up to Unions, Who exempts her employees in Samoa from a stipulation to get minimum pay raises. A woman who calls herself ethical and locks out Republicans from all legislature. I can go on.
It isnt only blacks with bad content, but they do commit more crimes per capita than any other race in this country, and mostly black on black crimes and then they scream for hate laws.

Does the title "Last of the Mohigans" mean anything to you? Yep, let's tell the truth. American Indians killed each other off, they raided, raped, took women from other tribes and when horses were re-introduced to America, took horses from other tribes.
However, it was their country and their society and they lived the way they had been taught to live. Europeans came and made them bow to their wishes or they killed them, and even when the tribes tried to live as the Europeans dictated they were killed off(Cherokees spring to mind).
The people alive then have nothing to do with us, we didn't do it and are not responsible. We do, however, need to change the reservation system. It sucks. We either need to make Indian lands a totally different country(as it was originally put forth)or we need to do away with it. The system now in place makes virtual slaves of Indians. The casinos are one way to turn that around.
I’m not familiar with “Last of the Mohigans”. Is that the sequel to “Last of the Mohicans”? :) Just having some fun.
But more seriously — the Europeans were just living the way they had been taught to live as well. Territorial disputes and conquests, whether separated by sea or river or lake ultimately boils down to the same exact thing: Kill the natives, and take their land.
Now, that being said — it is a real tragedy that the Native Americans were treated so terribly by those who professed to follow Christ. Some of the most inhumane treatment of our fellow humans occurred in the New World. There’s going to be a lot of explaining to do to the Lord for the way that innocent men, women and children were treated.
But I tell you what — in 20 years, I am guessing that the casino system will just have made Native Americans slaves to the Casino system. It will not have made them free. That’s how any welfare system begins, and it’s a pretty abominable one at that — tying Native Americans to vice.
Hey, I didn’t say the casino system was perfect or even the solution, but I did say the reservation system should be abolished or the Indians given full autonomy of their land. One or the other. As for the “Last of the Mohicans” it is about a tribe being wiped out by other Indian tribes. BTW, I grew up with Indians of the Mi-Wuk tribe and I understand them and the feelings they have. Right or wrong they have been, and are still being, screwed much worse than Blacks in this country ever were.
