No matter what their public position is,

their private position is that anyone who opposes increasing the power of the state and statists

needs the power of the state brought to bear against them.

They state that “homegrown terror” means jihadis getting foreign training. But what they mean by “homegrown terror” is the growing unrest amongst those who seek to restore the Constitution and rein in the power of the fedgov.

Exactly.. it is the statist mentality that if you are not OF the State then you are against it. Sort of like the Star Trek episode about... “Landrew...help us...” an all powerful mind controlling computer that ruled a whole planet. Of course Orwell said it best.... not is the time for “15 minutes of hate”
