Well he's probably a little above average, that would put him in 120 range, are lower,
"120-129 - Borderline gifted Capable of gathering and inferring own information. Master degrees. Attorney, chemist, executive. About 93 % of high-range candidates score I.Q. 120 or higher."http://www.paulcooijmans.com/intelligence/iq_ranges.html
I would say affirmative action, good for 10 points..

My sister (I LoVE HER BUT THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH) is not academically gifted and has an IQ in the 105 to 115 IQ zone but she is a GIFTED READER and SPELLER. Sis couldn't get through her freshman year at college but she is an exceptional O.R. Tech. Obama’s ability to read aloud and "present" is a HUGE that gift is often misinterpreted as being very bright. I agree with your pointing to a 120 to 129 range (no higher)for Obama.

Well he's probably a little above average, that would put him in 120 range I'm with you. I would take a WAG that his IQ is about 125. Which is the same as the best estimate I have seen of George W. Bush's.
I have always seen Obama as bright, but not unusually so. Above average, sure.
