This has raised the awareness and concern about what we're doing, this committing generational theft and robbing our children and grandchildren of an economic future. That's where I think a seminal moment was.

Also, I just saw on Faux News that only 4 of the 7 blue dogs on Waxman’s committee signed on to any deal...I thought they needed all 7 to pass the bill?

I criticize McCain myself a lot and not suggesting that anyone who critizes him is getting paid. Just was wondering about someone who never says he does anything right. Ocassionally McCain is right — this is one of those times.

I hear you. After having reluctantly voted for him almost against my will, I simply have no good will toward the man. He carried out a campaign that was so ineffective it almost seemed that he wanted to lose. I still feel such frustration when I think of it.

Whenever I see his name in the news, it's like someone rubbing salt on a wound.

I guess I'm a wee bit bitter. :)
