At first I felt sorry for this lady but then I heard her lawyer on CNN saying negative things about Officer Crowley and when asked about Gates, the lawyer said “She heard he said nice things about her and thanked her for being a good neighbor”.

She might start bashing the police and Officer Crowley at her news conference.

Her lawyer is Wendy Murphy, who was one of the leaders on the airwaves leading the lynch mob against the Duke lacrosse players.

She never conceded that she was wrong or apologized for her conduct in that case, as far as I know.

Whalen works for Harvard magazine.

I’m wondering where is the older woman Whalen mentioned in the 911 call. She said that she probably wouldn’t have noticed anything if not for that woman, and that her call was because of the concerns of that woman.

I have to disagree with you on this....and the reason why, she was (the lawyer) was interviewed by Greta Van Strestan yesterday and she is said the complete opposite of what you said. The lawyer did say her client only heard Gates screaming and ranting like a baby. Perhaps though this lawyer is playing it both ways. On Fox, it was gates fault, and on CNN it is the cops? Not sure, but I didn’t see the interview on CNN.
