An idea I just heard on KCMO Talk Radio in Kansas City from a caller - -
A work stoppage.
I propose the week between Labor Day and the DC Rally: September 8-11.
If you can afford it at all, close your business for the week, call in sick, or just take the week off to make the trip to Washington. Maybe it’s just a day—maybe just a morning or an afternoon.
Don’t buy anything you absolutely don’t have to—either for your business or in personal life.
Sometimes you speak the loudest when you say nothing at all—economically at least.
We need to make that week between Labor Day and Sept. 12th be the punctuation mark on the August of Angst for the Congresscritters who are now cowering from the people they’ve been elected to represent.
They are not our rulers. They are our servants, and we expect them to act appropriately.
SPEAK UP AMERICA BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
I AM NOT A MOB. I AM AN AMERICAN.
I GOT MY OUTFIT AT LL BEAN.
I am sure there will be some folks who do exactly that. But we also must realize that for some it just may not be possible. Those are the folks I call on to do whatever they can in their state, to get involved in any way then can.
Like I said, doing nothing is NOT AN OPTION!
The man in that painting always reminds me of my Daddy.
That’s exciting about Jackie Mason doing a video for us. He’s such a funny, and thought provoking man!
