Yet she personally claims to have made all factual and legal determinations regarding this document(?)

Dr. Fukino is is not qualified to made this determination.
++++++++++++

Exactly, nor is she qualified to proclaim he is a ‘natural born citizen.’ Weird that she used that Constitutional phrase, huh? To me, whether he was born in HI, Kenya or the moon, matters not - was he born to partly foreign parentage and what does that mean to the Constitutional requirement of being a ‘natural born citizen?’

Like she wasn't coached on exactly what to say...

The Administration is in serious damage control mode at the moment. Someone has the data and Barack (or whatever his name is) had better dance to their tune or his presidency goes up in smoke. Biden is waiting in the wings and Clinton, with her new hard line on Iran, is waiting in the wings to be appointed VP to "save the nation..."

Stay tuned! The louder they scream, the more guilty they look!

SeattleBruce,

Exactly right on the “Natural Born” issue.

The Supreme Court and Congress have clearly implied that “Natural Born” requires BOTH parents to be USA citizens at the time of birth.

The rationale is simple and persuasive...

The President of the United States must NEVER have divided loyalties.

By the way...

Enjoying the heat wave?

I'm dripping sweat into the keyboard as I write...
