In another carefully worded statement, Hawaii's health director claimed today to have seen "original vital records" that prove "Barrack [sic] Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."
Chiyome Fukino issued the brief statement in response to the rising chorus of concern across the country about Obama's failure to release a copy of his long-form birth certificate that would reveal the hospital in which he was born, the attending physician and other pertinent details.
"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai'i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai'i State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai'i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago ... " read the entire statement in which the president's first name was misspelled and no mention was made of the specific document reviewed.
Fukino originally issued a similar statement last fall.

With a double yolker like that, how can you not trust her.
Jafa!... Cre!
Is she a constitutional lawyer too?
No. But her statement was written by lawyers, not her.
Can’t even spell the “Pres_ent’s” first name correctly. No one even bothered to edit the statement, yet we’re supposed to believe at face value without details. Is the health director a political appointment, if so, who appointed her, and what is this Dr.’s voter registration list as to political party?
JUST SHOW US THE FREAKING CERTIFICATE AND GET IT OVER WITH. Somewhere inside me I think that Obama wants to keep this going, and then when it’s reached fever pitch, he whips it out and makes EVERYONE look like a fool. I hope that’s not the case, but I wouldn’t put anything past these people whose sole outlook in life is political.
Reminds me of the old joke:
Q: How does a _______ say FU?
A: Trust me.
Let’s have the Governor of Hawaii issue a statement confirming this. Bet she won’t.
Hmmmm.
Why?
Because B. Hussein oBama was born in Kenya to an unmarried couple thereby making him INELIGIBLE for the office of "president".
Pretty standard stuff......'cept in this day and age.
Good for her, I’m glad she’s seen it... now if she doesn’t mind, I as an American Citizen would like to review the credentials of the man currently sitting in the WhiteHouse. It’s not that I don’t believe her, but well, I don’t. The person occupying the White House currently has not fulfilled his required duty to prove to me and 300 million other Americans that he is lawfully able to hold the title he currently holds. Under the articles of the United States Constitution, I demand to see with my own eyes the proof that he may legitimately hold that office. If he cannot respect me as a citizen enough to do that, then I’ll afford him the same respect to anything he wants to do or signs into law.
Why would you, me or anyone else look like a fool. He’s the marxist ass that’s been dragging it out.
This is true...
I guess I have to be more PC these days. The _____ (blank) should be filled in with “Democrat/liberal/socialist/marxist/communist ... whatever.”
If Fukino's first statement was unclear, why wait until this exact moment to clarify?
Didn't she make her first statement a week before the election?
Now she helps Obama right when he needs it, again.
Sorry, I disagree...He’s the fool for dragging this out.... and, $800 grand isn’t chump change...Whose paying for that?
With both statements as carefully worded as humanly possible.
I have wondered about that too. Remember how Clinton leaked all these reports of him losing his cool when deposed by the special prosecutor and then when they turned out to be false, he looked less bad than expected?
