Being born out of wedlock works in his favor in most of this if not all of this (except for the lying part of it.)
For example, in an in depth analysis of natural born citizenship by the court-
His out of wedlock birth status would be important if they deemed HIS allegiance was the determining factor..and since no UK citizenship..then no allegiance.
He is a lawyer. He should know whether he was a UK citizen. He claimed he was. This means that either Ann had a customary marriage in Kenya or Obamanazi was born in Kenya.
I doubt seriously that being born out of wedlock means anything to Obama personally. I feel he is definately hiding something. I have also wondered why there seems to be proof of a divorce between his mother, Ann and Sr. yet no marriage proof.
