Is there a reason why you scanned at such a low resolution?

Did you remove the the attributes in the photo all the way down to the EXIF?

It looks like you scanned at a low resolution and then compressed it.

Can you send up another scan at say 2400 and leave it pristine?

Absolutely there is a reason, it was taken with my iPhone so that I could just email it to myself with out having to bother finding where my kids hid my camera!

I will look for the post where I put up a redacted version of my COLB in this thread. That was done at 600 dpi at the request of Polarik who seems damn quiet now. I am pissed as hell at him I gave him information with the SOLE intent of helping and being utterly honest about any and ALL information I have, and the full story as well as everything I have been told by the State of Hawaii. Why? Because we are after the TRUTH and that will NOT be found by being dishonest. I will ping you with the post.

I know that this was ordered by my mother for me when I had my wallet and all my ID stolen in a move that my husband and I made in Feb of 2000. I had 700$ stolen as well. Its NOT something you forget. It was printed and sent to my mother ACCORDING TO the state of Hawaii in Mar of 2000, that the date Mar 6 that is on the back is correct, but that the date of 2007 is NOT. It was printed in 2000. The lady I spoke to did not have an explanation for this. Nor do I. This is ALL I know about it.

I am not fabricating anything, I am not misinterpreting anything. I am not misrepresenting anything either! I am not making anything seem like something its not. I ONLY have what I have, and the Office of Vital Statistics in Hawaii confirmed that it was ordered and sent in March of 2000.

That pic is better resolution than your others and most of the info is intact, down to the EXIF.

Pretty good for an I-Phone.

Still the rev date is troubling as are the date and the placement of the document on the paper.

For me, I still have questions and the first pics were not convincing because the attributes were removed. It just doesn't feel like an accident.

BTW, yours is raising another flag about Obama’s and I have to think about it to make the statement of opinion And again, Obama's name does not show in the spell checker. Coincidence? Mulder?
