See post 151, there is a close up of the lower left hand corner and a print out of part of the conversation going on in this thread that I took. As for MGNinTN point, I do not have an explanation for this. All I have is what Hawaii sent me in 2000. I will post the pic again here. This is a close up of what MGHinTN is pointing out.

That pic is better resolution than your others and most of the info is intact, down to the EXIF.
Pretty good for an I-Phone.
Still the rev date is troubling as are the date and the placement of the document on the paper.
For me, I still have questions and the first pics were not convincing because the attributes were removed. It just doesn't feel like an accident.
BTW, yours is raising another flag about Obama’s and I have to think about it to make the statement of opinion And again, Obama's name does not show in the spell checker. Coincidence? Mulder?
