That was so much hooey - I’ve had to go down to the San Francisco Health Department three times to get a copy of my son’s birth certificate. They never had any problem printing the darned thing out and giving it to me.
Surprisingly, they never offered me a “short form” COLB or anything similar.
You make a good point. But I wouldn’t expect anyone involved in this fraud to release anything. This is criminal and an attack on the Republic.
