Sgt. James Crowley was having a burger and a Blue Moon beer in Tommy Doyle’s Irish Pub when his cell phone rang.
The Cambridge cop spoke for a moment and hung up looking altogether amazed.
“His jaw dropped,” recalled Peter Woodman, a co-owner of the Kendall Square pub and two others of the same name. “He said, ‘Jesus Christ, you'll never guess who’s going to ring me.’”

The Obama thought he was being so clever with that setup question at that press conference. Hah. Now, he’s in full damage control mode trying to save face.
Obama let his mask slip and the truth of his racism was revealed for all to see. He needs to be held accountable for his actions but it won’t happen. The media is already rolling over and playing dead for him.
Unfortunately, Sgt. Crowley (who seems like a decent guy) is now nothing but a pawn.

The only things I’ve learned about Alinsky have been learned here at FR (haha), but in my opinion the deliberate staging of the Gates matter at the end of the press conference on health care was intended to take some of the heat off of Obamacare’s epic fail.
And that is classic Alinsky...and a tactic that the Obama admin embraces as well.
