WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton said on Sunday she hoped there would a female U.S. president in her lifetime but ruled out the chance she would run again.
Now secretary of state in the Cabinet of her onetime rival President Barack Obama, Clinton said it was a "daunting" challenge for a woman to run for president.
"It will take the right woman who can make the case and win the votes and get elected. I am certainly hoping it will happen in my lifetime," she told NBC's "Meet the Press" program.
When pressed whether she would run again, she said, "I have absolutely no belief, in my mind, that that will happen."
Clinton declined comment on the presidential prospects for outgoing Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, who was Republican contender Senator John McCain's running mate in last year's race.

Interesting. Hillary knows the left woman could not make the case and win the votes and get elected.

When hypocritical Democrats torpedo the first credible female candidate with sexist attacks, it certainly is daunting. Clinton's enemy in the 2008 primaries wasn't a "vast right-wing conspiracy", it was the naked, unabashed hatred for women shown by Obama's followers and the left-wing in general. Palin the current target of their hypocritical bile.

I would support a female candidate only if she is:(a) a racial mixture of white, black, asian, Amerindian, and pacific islander; (b)she has engaged in an extensive spiritual journey starting with Christianity, Judaism, Zoarastrianism, Tao, Confusionism,Hinduism, various nativistic cults and currently is studying paganism under a modern Druid;(c)contemplating a sex change operation giving her the genitalia of both sexes. Now THAT is an electable creature who will serve mankind.

I hope you are right — I’ve been praying for that day to come...IMO, I don’t think it will ever point back to the clintoon’s though, do you, the deed will just get done and then the ones numbers will fall to lower than “W’s” ever were making carters presidency look epic compared to the ones. IMO.

Hillary is a Palin supporter? I wonder if its because of the same reason Bill is for Palin.

Clinton declined comment on the presidential prospects for outgoing Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, who was Republican contender Senator John McCain's running mate in last year's race. Well, that's kinda interesting, considering that Bill and Hillary think that Obama's Chicago goons destroyed her candidacy by using the same tactics that they later used against Palin.
To: Sarah Barracuda
You’re right, and in this piece, Hillary quite openly refused to take a cheap shot at Palin when offered the chance, unlike the rest of Obama’s goons.
