Vice President Biden dropped the hammer - if not the sickle - on Russia in a new interview Saturday, leaving the Kremlin "perplexed" about U.S. policy toward the former Soviet Union.

In a Wall Street Journal interview published Saturday, Biden teed off on everything from Russia's "withering economy" to its "significant loss of face" on the international stage.

He flatly said Russia should not expect the U.S. to accept any attempt to establish a "sphere of influence" over other states and that it's in Russia's interest to shrink its nuclear stockpile.

"All of a sudden, did they have an epiphany and say, 'Hey man, we don't want to threaten our neighbors?' No. They can't sustain it. Does that mean they won't do something stupid? No," Biden said.

Does that mean they won't do something stupid? No,

If there is anything Joe should know, it would be "stupid". It's hard to imagine anyone in a responsible position making such a statement.

Every day should be “ground hog day” (re:movie starring Bill Murray)
Joe, or 0bama, wake up and hit the re-set button. Then they hope that the day’s outcome changes for the better

The White House is trying to manufacture a situation on the foreign front because what’s going on in Iran and Afghanistan is not enough? Or maybe Joe was just being Joe. Hey Russia, don’t worry about it, he perplexes us all the time.

Biden: “All of a sudden, did they have an epiphany and say, ‘Hey man, we don’t want to threaten our neighbors?’”

Putin: “Stop the assasination plans. We can’t put this moron in charge.”

They said Sarah Palin didnt have the experience to be Vice President.

Then they select the most stupid man in the Senate

IMO they selected him because he was the most stupid man in the Senate. Now if they could only figure a way to shut him up.

I used to think the movie “Idiocracy” was a satirical science fiction comedy — now I am not so sure.

Biden reminds me of the guy who played the part of “The Secretary of Education” while Obama is more like “President Mountain Dew...”.
