Now Boxer Is In Trouble? ( Sen. Boxer-CA )

The latest Rasmussen Reports poll shows Senator Barbara Boxer leading her relatively unknown opponent, former Hewlett-Packer Hewlett-Packard (you'd think I'd have looked at my printer 20 inches away . . .) CEO Carly Fiorina, by only four points, 45%-41%. Boxer has never been terribly popular in the Golden State, but given the conditions Democrats have enjoyed the past few years, it is surprising to see her in Elizabeth Dole 2007 territory (though in a much more Democratic state).
Poll after poll shows incumbents once thought to be safe in pretty dangerous territory. These are the dangers of being in charge in the present economy, I guess.

Anything with the name “Republican” next to it will do well next year.
Anything, conservative, RINO or somewhere in between.
That’s why its more important than ever to entrench conservative candidates in the GOP column next year or this country will continue to go downhill.

OMG, having to choose bet. Boxer and Fiorina!
Given the choice of Boxer, Fiorina, and a totem pole, I will vote for a totem pole any time, even though I have longed for the time Boxer will be booted out of office for some 15 years. I am glad I am not in CA.

Boxer has never been terribly popular in the Golden State, Boxer won her last reelection [2004] by 20 percentage points and in 1998 she won by 10 percentage points. Those are landslide numbers. I wonder what kind of numbers she would have won by if she had been popular.
Boxer will be reelected. We get these same kind of tease poll numbers in NJ and then are amazed when the Dem wins big. The Dem political machine is hard to stop in these deep blue states.

Yep - she has the safest seat in the senate; hence her role as designated attach bitch.....no election ramifications whatsoever.

The Dem political machine is hard to stop in these deep blue states. It is hard to win ANY election when the dead vote.
Until we get a hold on our voting processes we will suffer defeat after defeat.
In my very BLUE state I don't even have to provide my ID to prove that I am who I say I am when I vote.

It's all about intensity and the dems are going to be feeling coservative heat. Can't wait for the repudoation that's coming next November. I can smell the fear, death and electrcity.

Vote Ficus Tree!
A ficus tree will never raise your taxes!
A ficus tree will never take away your rights.
A ficus tree will never vote for an unbalanced budget.
A ficus tree would be the only member of congress to actually do something to reduce greenhouse gases (see photosynthesis).

Unless the dead stay dead and you guys close the border to Mexico on election night Boxer has no chance of losing. Almost forgot the illegal vote!
Thus the reason to have to PROVE who you are when you vote.
This is just common sense to me. I trully don't understand what the argument is about having to prove your legitimacy to vote.
Our country is doomed if we don't fix this within the next two elections.
