Boxer has never been terribly popular in the Golden State,

Boxer won her last reelection [2004] by 20 percentage points and in 1998 she won by 10 percentage points. Those are landslide numbers. I wonder what kind of numbers she would have won by if she had been popular.

Boxer will be reelected. We get these same kind of tease poll numbers in NJ and then are amazed when the Dem wins big. The Dem political machine is hard to stop in these deep blue states.

Yep - she has the safest seat in the senate; hence her role as designated attach bitch.....no election ramifications whatsoever.

The Dem political machine is hard to stop in these deep blue states.

It is hard to win ANY election when the dead vote.

Until we get a hold on our voting processes we will suffer defeat after defeat.

In my very BLUE state I don't even have to provide my ID to prove that I am who I say I am when I vote.
