I wonder that if it turns out that Obama is not qualified to be president, then perhaps the Democratic Party can be held responsible (or a partner in the crime), on the basis that by running him as a candidate they are certifying his credentials. This may then lead to cost penalties to those damaged and/or disfranchising the Democrats as a political party.

Of course,they will deny he is not a natural born citizen, so it should be no problem (not) to write a law to this effect for all Parties.

I also believe this push on Lou Dobbs is a game plan to stop the Republicans from pursuing this.

Exactly where in Executive Order 13489 is the language that prevents release of Obama's records? It looks to me like the order was intended to limit Bush's ability to prevent the release of documents by claiming executive privilege.
