Racism? I think it's all coming from the African-American side of the road. That and all the hard left wing “liberals” and “diversity” and “multi-culturalists”, etc.
It's just another political tool of the left to destroy freedom, America and Western civilization.
They are not the same thing but they are both acts of dehumanization. When we tell liberals that the unborn are equivalent people, they look at us like we are mad.
The same was almost certainly the case with abolitionists and some defenders of slavery.

RE: Abortion vs Birth Control
A couple of years back I read some statistics for CA. It was considerable cheaper to have an abortion once every 3-4 months than to buy the monthly birth control....Simply a matter of economics.
