Joke:
Cop, walking a beat, finds a man on his hands and knees under a street lamp.
He asks the man what he’s doing.
The man says “looking for my wallet”.
The cop asks him where he thinks he lost it.
He says “half a block back”.
The cop says “why aren’t you looking there, then?”
The man says “the light’s better here.”
The point of this is that if you’re looking for a criminal, you look where the criminals are.
