This is a PDF file. Maybe someone can post the actual report here for those without a PDF reader.
I would suggest taking 2 or 3 minutes to read this report.

I thought you would be interested in this thread, since obviously the police report is indicative of a conspiracy by multiple racist police officers to unfairly characterize this fine gentleman as having been disorderly and having exhibited inappropriate behavior, simply because he's black.

Hopefully they got witness statements from the bystanders.
I reckon Hussein should have got all the facts before he said the officers “acted stupidly” because Gates is the one that acted stupidly.

You might want to take that up with your President, and his good friend, Mr. Gates.
Me personally, I believe every word in the officers report, as the officer appeared to documented the pertinent facts in a professional, articulate manner, and even named witnesses, in addition to having his version of events substantiated by other officers.

Thanks for posting the report.
These officers did nothing wrong. That a$$ deserved to go to jail. The Sgt. could have added resisting arrest and obstructing to the charges.

I’d like to see Mrs. Gates cellular telephone records, to see if any contact with the White House occurred during, or after the arrest, due to the fact that charges were dropped rather quickly.

Thanks for putting this out for all to see. I am sure that important parts of the police reports by the cops and including statements of bystanders will be omitted in so many newspapers, and in TV news.....if it doesn’t fit in with their indoctrination, it does not get exposed.
To: dragnet2
I was thinking the same thing. ;>)

No matter if the officers acted properly or not, Gates is claiming discrimination and racial bias, and that's what it's become about, not an idiot who decided to yell at officers after locking himself out of his house.
Rather than being grateful that his neighbors actually care enough to report suspicious behavior in his neighborhood, much less his house which he says has been broken into before, he decided to pull out and burn the race card, because it's all about him, not officers doing their job and responding (in a timely manner) to a crime report.

Hey, come on, obongo got to protect a fellow brother, you know how that goes. They make me sick. He is going to single handedly set race relations back 50 years.

I don't think we'll be hearing to much more on this story. Other then talk radio who's listeners will already know the facts.
To: kingu
He’ll probably retain Johnny Cochran and will have Sharpton marching in the streets especiall after what Hussein said. However, reading the 2nd officers report would not leave Gates anything to back up his claim.
To: dragnet2
The report isn’t too long and it’s easy to read. Clear. It left me with the impression that there is more to the story, and I think it has to do with the other guy who was with Gates. Perhaps the guy was Gates’ “down low” lover or his drug dealer, or both.
In any event, the cop says he will not apologize. Good for him. He has nothing to apologize for.
By the way, is there a more useless human being on the planet than a “professor of African-American studies”?
