S. Res.511 clearly states that “…Whereas the term `natural born Citizen’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States…”

Whereas, a natural born Citizen is not defined? Hold your horses there and re-read. Natural born citizen is not defined. Hmmmmmmm? The bill states, ” Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President…” This piece of legislation was introduced, written and passed clearly with intent to extend the meaning of the Constitution, and prior to SR 511 there was no presidency in Congress.

Mrs. Clinton’s support and co-authorship of this bill, even though they were battling in the primary election for the presidency, was so incredibly strategic and manipulative on Obama’s part that it borders on absolute fraud. The bill completely attempts to redefine his citizenship and will try to keep him eligible, constitutionally as the 44th President, even after he finally shows his Official Vault Birth Certificate.

Time for a civics lesson.

The Founders wanted the President to be a NBC to ensure that the ONE person sitting at the top of the Executive branch has UNQUESTIONABLE, UNWAVERING loyalty to the United States, first and foremost. They did NOT want someone loyal to King George (or his successors) to regain power over the independent colonies. Some even questioned George Washington, but from before 1776 and beyond, Gen. Washington had proven himself loyal to the independent colonies to all but his staunchest critics.

At one point in Constitutional discussions, the delegates in 1787 considered THREE “presidents” in the Executive for “checks and balances.” They ALSO considered a NBC clause for Senators as well. Debating those issues, they felt that a NBC clause for Senators would limit the pool of possible candidates and could cause bad feelings with immigrants needed to “jump start” the newly-formed Republic.

In the end, the Framers compromised that Senators be required to be US residents for 9 years, while striking the NBC clause for the office. The Framers understood that even though the US is a "nation of immigrants," INTERNAL Checks and Balances by sheer numbers of US citizens should prevent "foreign interests" from overwhelming the House and Senate (which, of course, had far fewer Senators and Representatives than we have today with 50 states).

The Framers also compromised on ONE Executive vs THREE. But as a type of “check and balance,” the Framers inserted a "blood loyalty" requirement in Art II, Sect. 1, Clause 5: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President...”

The NBC clause was NOT an accident, nor was it an inane rule to be restrictive to immigrants, and it certainly isn't just a "political" issue ... LOYALTY to the Republic is the reason the NBC clause was inserted into the Constitution for the POTUS.

Consider the "Checks and Balances" in the US Constitution ...

When Mr. Obama produces his true Birth Certificate, and it confirms what is shown on the Certification of Live Birth, the case is closed.

The Certification of Live Birth ROOT DOCUMENT (or lack thereof) will create more questions than it will answer ... like: WHERE THE HELL was his dear mum February-August 1961? (see the timeline below):

If he produces the BC just before the midterm elections it just proves he had not ever before produced this simple piece of paper everyone was asking for...

So by then no matter what he produces it come with dubious believability at best (think Nixon and the tape, Hillary and the billing records)

The big question becomes why the stonewalling why the stall for time what did they need time to hide or alter...

I think Obama' safe window to produce something new on this has just about closed..

The why's of the stalling and the stonewalling are now becoming the red flag question

I really don’t care about the BC. It’s merely icing on the cake. By his own admission, he is not natural born - his father was a Kenyan citizen, and his own affiliated website documents that he possessed Kenyan citizenship until 1982, when it expired at the age of 21.

This is exactly what the Founding Fathers desired to avoid - a ruler who governs not according to American ideals or the U.S Constitution, but to the other interests of a foreign land.

Which is what we have now.

The issue is ultimately not whether Obama is a U.S. citizen, but whether he is a natural born citizen. Claiming he’s not a citizen is the trap that will backfire.

We can’t let the DNC or the media lead us into that narrative.

With all due respect, I completely disagree. Obama has committed High Treason against this nation. According to our constitution I believe that is an execution offense.

I concur with the constitution. There is no need to waste our taxdollars keeping this evil man imprisoned for life when an example so harsh should be set that NO ONE ELSE EVER CONTEMPLATES THIS AGAIN!

The man should be executed immediately and all those who have aided and abetted him....including members of congress, the DNC, the media, et. al.........
