Michigan Democrats may seek $10 minimum wage in 2010

Michigan Democratic Party Chairman Mark Brewer, right, said the party is considering pursuing a $10 minimum wage.LANSING -- The Michigan Democratic Party is considering asking voters to raise the state's minimum wage to $10 an hour.

The minimum wage currently is $7.40 an hour.

The potential 2010 ballot initiative was among a few discussed Wednesday by party chairman Mark Brewer.

Payable by who? There has to actually be a business there in order to pay a wage.

Economics is the only science that, once you consider yourself sufficiently advanced, you throw out the fundamentals.

By 2010, $10 will be the entire annual income of Michigan.

New idea: Let the capitalists in and start some businesses.

Ford did it once.

Thankfully, the Obamaloon wasn’t around then.

I hope they do this!!!!! MOre of those Michigan companies will relocate to Lower Wage but Income Tax-Free Tennessee.
