If state A has a no-issue for domestic battery and state B doesn’t, guess what you’ve got?

A guy that lost his gun rights because his vindictive ex-wife lied through her teeth to get him charged with a DV Misdemeanor and moved to a different State to get his gun rights back.

Very possible, but now who’s bringing in a different issue into the debate? Of course I see your point, but that’s a fix that must be done external to this issue. Then again, it’s also not good policy to pass or kill laws based on what “might” happen.
